Ready to get more girls on bikes in Tuscaloosa? Let's ride!This weekly mountain biking program for girls ages 7–13 will take place each Thursday from 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m., starting August 14 and running through September 11.

There’s nothing like summer evenings on the trails in Alabama. With a fun mix of flow and forest, the Munny Sokol Mountain Bike Trails offer the perfect backdrop for our Little Bellas crew to explore, ride, and play!
Our Tuscaloosa Weekly Program is open to girls of all abilities. Whether your rider is brand new to mountain biking or already confident on the trails, this program is all about having fun. Each week we ride, play games (on and off the bike), and build skills in a supportive, all‑girls environment. Along the way, girls gain confidence, make friends, and learn lessons they can carry far beyond the trail.
It’s a great opportunity to try mountain biking for the first time or grow your skills just a few miles from downtown!
