In November 2024 romance author Sophie E Mills , young adult author Helen J Worthington-Smith and women's fiction Kate Packman joined forces to establish an author cooperative independent publisher, Protea Press. Protea Press has published three novels in the last twelve months.
Central Bedfordshire Libraries in partnership with AmpLiterary are delighted to host all three authors at 11am, Sunday 9th March 2025 as part of the Literary Sunday events. Sophie, Helen and Kate will talk about their novels, their current work in progress and the writing process as well as their unique journey to publication.
