About this Event
Most of us run on autopilot and don’t even notice how we actually feel.
This is for those who feel a lot but rarely have time to process it. 2-hour gathering is a chance to pause and check in with your real state.
We’ll use gentle mindful yoga and breath led by @olha_bezrukova to settle the body, then a Traditional Chinese tea ceremony led by @nats_koreva with metaphorical cards and guided questions to understand what’s going on inside and what kind of support you need right now.
A space to notice your inner state.
