A quiet, guided evening of writing, song, and inner listening. Through live music and reflective practices, reconnect with your inner voice.About this Event
What if the words you most need to hear are already within you?
This evening is an invitation to slow down, soften, and listen.
Through a gentle weaving of guided writing, embodied awareness, and live song, you’ll be held in a quiet, intimate space where your inner voice can emerge; clear, honest, and alive.
We begin in a song circle, guided by Christine; a grounding and heart-opening experience that invites you into presence, connection, and feeling.
From there, you’ll be gently led by Jennifer into a reflective writing journey, where your pen becomes a bridge to your own inner knowing.
Together, we will:
- Arrive in the body through song, sound, and presence
- Enter a guided writing journey rooted in intuition and self-trust
- Explore the voice of the inner critic, and meet it with something deeper
- Reconnect with a felt sense of Unconditional Love
- Receive a personal letter from within
This is not a typical workshop. There is no pressure to share, perform, or “get it right.”
Most of the evening unfolds in silence and self-connection, with gentle guidance and spacious support.
We will close in song, allowing what has been uncovered to integrate, soften, and settle into the body; leaving you not only with insight, but with a felt sense of connection and resonance.
You’ll Leave With:
- A living writing practice you can return to
- A deeper trust in your inner voice
- A felt sense of being met; by your Self
- The resonance of shared song and connection
What to Bring
- A journal (or writing material)
- A pen that feels good in your hand
- An open heart
Additional Notes
- Cacao and sensory elements will be offered as part of the experience
- Sharing will be minimal and optional (1 word or short reflection)
- This is a grounded, embodied space; not a high-energy or performative event

Facilitator Bios:
Jennifer Laale
Jennifer Laale is a facilitator, writer, and lifelong explorer of practice, play, and presence.
For over 25 years, she has guided individuals and groups through improv-based facilitation, helping people cultivate trust, stay present, and navigate change with greater ease and authenticity.
Known for making deep work feel human, welcoming, and alive, Jennifer invites participants into a relationship with practice that is gentle, sustainable, and deeply supportive. Her work weaves together reflective writing, creativity, and embodied awareness to quiet self-judgment and reconnect people with their inner wisdom.
At the heart of her offerings is a simple knowing: the guidance we seek is already within us—waiting to be heard.
Christine Lamothe
Christine Lamothe has been creating and holding spaces for meaningful human connection for over two decades.
Her path began in movement and community through breaking culture, where she created spaces that invited people to step forward, be seen, and discover their voice—often moving from shyness into confidence, and from the edges into participation.
While the form has changed, the essence of her work remains the same. What once unfolded through rhythm, movement, and shared performance now also lives through quieter, more inward-facing spaces—rooted in listening, presence, and self-connection.
Guided by her ongoing studies in yoga, Ayurveda, and earth-honouring traditions, her work has naturally evolved toward spaces that are less about performance and more about relationship—with the body, the inner voice, and the deeper rhythms that shape how we live.
Christine is a Registered Massage Therapist, Life Alignment coach, and currently completing her studies as an Ayurvedic Health Counsellor. Her approach is grounded, intuitive, and rooted in both lived experience and traditional lineages.
Whether through touch, conversation, sound, or shared space, she supports people in returning to themselves—with honesty, warmth, and a deepening sense of trust.
