A Polyvagal & Movement Workshop

A 2-hour experiential workshop introducing Polyvagal Theory and the use of movement as a clinical tool. The session covers autonomic nervous system states, neuroception, and co-regulation — followed by movement-based experiential exercises and discussion of clinical application. No movement background required.
About Lisa
Lisa Goldfein is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and Board-Certified Dance/Movement Therapist with over 23 years of clinical experience. She specializes in trauma, anxiety, depression, and somatic therapies, and integrates Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP) approaches with a strong body-based framework.
About Kanika
Kanika Choudhary is the Lead Clinical Psychologist at DocVita, with over 10 years of clinical experience. Her practice is integrative and somatically informed — drawing from Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), Internal Relationship Focusing (focusing-oriented psychotherapy), and trauma-focused and somatic psychotherapy.
