Deep rest through sound. A grounding seasonal transition experience to soften the body, calm the nervous system, and restore balance.
As we approach the Spring Equinox, there is a natural turning from inward reflection toward outward movement. This gathering offers space to pause at the threshold, to listen before stepping forward.
Listening in the In-Between is a small-group, intentionally paced sound experience designed to support nervous-system regulation, emotional integration, and quiet renewal.
Using crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, gentle percussion, breath, and intentional silence, this session creates a spacious field of sound where nothing is required of you. Participants are invited to lie down or sit comfortably, soften the body, and simply receive.
Following the sound journey, we will transition slowly into warm herbal tea and an optional closing circle. Sharing is welcomed but never required. This space is offered for integration, reflection, and quiet connection before returning to the outside world.
Capacity is intentionally limited to maintain an intimate and contained experience.
No prior experience with meditation or sound healing is necessary.
