Join a us at The Clifton House as we celebrate the conclusion of our 6-week creative non-fiction & memior workshop "Listening for The Ancestors" with Zandria Robinson this workshop centered the rituals of deep listening–to sound, place, and history; to each other and to themselves; and to their elevated dead, literary, and artistic ancestors to build an aligned and intentional spirit practice into each of their memoir writing(s).
Particpants read and in-process work produced during their time in the workshop: Alexis Foxworth, Amaka Korie, Bry Reed, C. Cleland, Chinyere Erondu, Jade Flower Foster, Jenné Afiya Matthews, Jessy Molina, Saché Jones, Taj-Levi McCray.
