- We will learn Pranayama that will help in relaxing and resetting for the day.
- We will also learn how to pay more attention to the body.
- We will learn a 10 mins Meditation technique to allign our body and mind.
- We will learn to be more aware of ourselves.
It will be a useful session for working professionals entrepreneurs who have been wanting to learn Yoga but do not know how to start. Or do not have enough time.
