About this Event

This is a Free In-Person Event at Banyen Books in Vancouver.

Join Karen Wickerson, gifted animal telepath, healer, and author of Listen to Your Animals: They Know More Than You Think, for a fascinating and heart-opening in-person event at Banyen.

With her rare ability to communicate telepathically with animals, Karen will share how we can better understand our animal companions—their emotions, experiences, and even their perspectives on life, love, and the afterlife. During this interactive evening, Karen will also work with select attendees, answering questions about their animals and offering messages directly from the animals themselves.

In Listen to Your Animals: They Know More Than You Think, Karen invites readers into a world where animals’ voices are finally heard. Drawing from her years of telepathic communication with creatures great and small—especially horses, dogs, and cats—she reveals the profound wisdom and compassion animals hold for us. The book offers comforting insights for those grieving the loss of an animal friend, and eye-opening guidance for anyone wishing to deepen their relationship with the living animals in their care.

Karen Wickerson is an Animal Telepath and Certified Healing Touch for Animals Practitioner who has helped hundreds of animals and their human companions worldwide. Formerly a Clinical Counsellor with a Master’s degree in Applied Behavioural Science, she shifted her focus to animal communication after realizing her true calling was to be a voice for animals. Karen bridges the worlds of humans and animals with empathy, clarity, and love—helping us understand our companions’ needs, ease their struggles, and strengthen the bonds we share.
