It is here where I will take you on a journey to explore the power of your intuition and strength of your sensitivities while growing emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually.
This will take place on Saturday, May 23rd and Sunday, May 24th from 9:30am-3:30pm at my new center, The Anam Center for Wholeness in Scituate MA! This is during Memorial Day Weekend which may be atypical, but hear me out......when Spirit gives me dates...she listens and responds. The beauty of this is to have the Monday (if you have it off) for integration before you resume normal activities. Also, what better way to spend a holiday weekend than with YOU!
This is an inner journey of love and remembrance guided by yours truly. Over the course of two days, she will guide you within an intimate, small group setting through various exercises designed to help you remember how you were designed to be. You will begin to explore your sensitivities, feel your natural state and experience connectivity to all that is. I believe that your sensitivities are your biggest power yet society and your nervous system create an environment where it is hard to truly feel this. I will support you in embodying your wholeness and experiencing your sensitivities in a way that feels grounded and supported. You will walk away with more confidence to begin to integrate this authentic way of being into your daily life without overwhelm.
The flow of this weekend is designed to help you come back to yourself and experience the power of of soul and spirit within stillness. You will come closer to your authenticity, befriend your soul and experience the love of spirit. Although there will be time for processing, you will not be required to share your experience of the process in anyway for the true magic happens within!
