Info: Moderated by: Mark Kudlowitz, Sr. Director of Policy, this panel continues the policy discussion with Sen. Andy Kim (June, 2025) around bringing together CDFI and industry leaders to explore the current landscape of community development finance in New Jersey. Speakers will discuss emerging state and federal policy opportunities, how CDFIs can help shape priorities for the incoming Sherrill administration, and ways to strengthen public-private partnerships. The session will also highlight practical strategies for improving capital deployment and increasing the sector’s ability to support under-resourced communities statewide.
