Come and immerse yourself in the balancing sounds of Tibetan and Crystal Bowls, chimes, rattles, drumming, the human voice, and the soul-stirring Gong.
Cymatics is the study of visible sound and vibration, showing how sonid waves can physically affect matter. Since our bodies are about 70% fluid, the various tonal frequencies from the crystal and Tibetan bowls, the Sacred Gong, drumming, and Carol’s voice with her various tonal frequencies, affect our liquid bodies. The various tones, may help to rebalance your entire body.
A short guided meditation with gentle drumming will help set the tone for the rest of your sound journey.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, socks/slippers, water, a journal, and wear layered comfortable clothing.
