Liquid Dance is a somatic gathering by the sea where movement, water and community meet.
During these days we explore conscious movement both in water and on land through practices such as Somatic Water Dance, Aguahara, Water Contact Improvisation, Fusion Dance in water, breath awareness, music and movement in nature.
This gathering welcomes both experienced practitioners and people who are simply curious to explore something new.
Liquid Dance is not about performance or perfection.
It is about presence, playfulness and the simple joy of moving together.

Liquid Dance es un encuentro somático junto al mar donde el movimiento, el agua y la comunidad se encuentran.
Durante estos días exploramos el movimiento consciente en el agua y en tierra a través de prácticas como Somatic Water Dance, Aguahara, Water Contact Improvisation, Fusion Dance en el agua, respiración consciente, música y movimiento en la naturaleza.
Este encuentro está abierto tanto a personas con experiencia como a quienes sienten curiosidad por descubrir algo nuevo.
Liquid Dance no trata de rendimiento o perfección.
Es un espacio para la presencia, el juego y la alegría de movernos junt@s.
