Lions Community Day of Service
Come join us for a day of giving back to the community at the Rosemont American Legion! This in-person event will bring together volunteers from all walks of life to make a positive impact on our local area. Whether you're a long-time Lion or new to volunteering, everyone is welcome to participate. Let's work together to make a difference and show our community the power of unity. Mark your calendars and get ready to roll up your sleeves for a day of service!
Please join us in our Lions Community Day of Service in Rosemount at the American Legion on Saturday April 5th, 2025 from 10:00am-Noon. (14590 Burma Ave)
Join us for a fun and free event where families can work together on awesome projects to help others in our community!
- Fleece Tie Blankets for Sleep in Heavenly Peace: Create cozy blankets for youth in the area.
- Operation Gratitude to Troops: Thank you letters to our service members.
- Foster Care Kits for Youth in Foster Care & Foster Together
- Crochet Hearts for Children's Masonic Hospital
- Placemats for Meals on Wheels: Help decorate placemats for people who get meals delivered to their door.
- Cards for a Cause: Create colorful cards to cheer up cancer and hospice patients!
- Eco-Friendly Seed Pots: Get your hands dirty while making fun seed pots that help the planet! Take one home to enjoy, too!
It’s a day full of fun activities and making a BIG difference—come be a community hero!
Your local Lions Clubs are hosting this event: Burnsville/Savage Lions Club, Eagan Lions Club, Farmington Lions Club, Lakeville Lions Club, Lakeville Lakeside Lions Club, Miesville Lions Club, Rosemount Lions Club.
The Lions will also be offering free eye screenings for youth at no charge.
