About this Event
This gentle yoga class is led by Stacey Popp YogaFit instructor who specializes in creating a welcoming environment for everyone to explore the practice of yoga.
Secure your free spot today! Those aged 10 and above are welcome to participate. Anyone under 16, please attend with an adult. Children and parents must have their own sign-up.
Please bring a yoga mat and a water bottle. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to sign a waiver form and get set up;you may print and bring it with you ahead of time. Please bring your ticket/sign-up confirmation via phone or paper.
Location: Enter the High School through door 1, main entrance, and go to your left. There will be signage and staff to direct you to the area.
