Celebrate the season with a hands-on festive printmaking session. In this practical and accessible workshop, you’ll design, carve and print your own Christmas card and gift tag designs using traditional lino printing techniques on the table-top press.
Whether you’re new to printmaking or returning to a favourite craft, you’ll leave with hand-printed cards, envelopes and plenty of holiday cheer.
In this workshop, you’ll learn:
• How to design a festive motif for your card
• Transferring your design
• Carving your lino block
• Printing in colour (red, green or black)
• Finishing cards with tags and envelopes
