What is LinkedIn Local?
If you've never been to LinkedIn Local Hamilton, it's unlike any networking event you have been to before.
Gone are the cliché sales pitches and getting multiple business cards. It's basically just hanging out with friends at a party or bar... But all of those friends are professional and well educated.
LinkedIn Local Hamilton is about meeting new people and catching up with old friends in a relaxed environment.
Beer and wine (and non-alcoholic beverages) are available free of charge - helping ease the nerves for some networking!

The events started in 2017, in a small Australian town called Coffs Harbour. Anna McAfee asked on LinkedIn who wanted to meet up for coffee, and hash-tagged it #LinkedInLocal.
18 people turned up for coffee, but people reacted around the world, and the concept spread around the world to hundreds of cities.
We have been doing it for over three years now; this is our 16th event.
Around 2500 people have attended those LinkedIn Local Hamilton events.
Event Venue
Our venue is The Bank Bar, in Hamilton's CBD.
On the corner of Victoria Street and Hood Street.
The Bank is one of Hamilton’s most iconic bars, opening in 1994.
Originally the Bank of New Zealand (Hence its name now), it is one of Hamilton's oldest buildings, completed in 1978.

Alcohol is served, so the event is 18+
What are my parking options for the event?
There will be on-street parking available and the Knox Street car park is a very short walk.
