Meet at the BA car park for this week’s club run. Sam Milton will lead the Golds down Salter Street to the power station roundabout and back to the BA via Hamfields Lane (circa 3 miles). I will lead the Greens the same way, but with a lap of the lower car park thrown in (circa 4 1/2 miles). Suitable for all abilities. Optional refreshments when we’re all back. Please mark yourself down if you’re coming ?.
