About this Event
This workshop will focus on linear perspective as it relates to landscape painting and urban sketching. It will include mini-lectures, demos, and a variety of exercises designed to help you better understand and apply the basic principles of perspective.
We will cover 1-, 2-, and 3-point perspective, and look at how these ideas apply not only to architecture, but also to elements of the natural landscape, such as roads, trees, and clouds.
The workshop will be tailored to participants’ individual needs. If there is a specific perspective problem you have been struggling with, please bring it to the workshop.
This workshop is for artists of all levels and no prior experience is required.
