Get moving with our monthly line dancing workout. This workout will work your legs, core, and keep your arms moving as it helps improve your coordination and balance. It is good to give your body a different workout every so often. This is a perfect class to change things up while having fun too. If you like to dance then join us!Pre-Registration required.
