Ready to Line Dance? đź•şJoin us May 6th at The Watering Hole for a beginner dance lesson at 7:30pm followed by an Open Dance Floor until 10pm!
Song requests are accepted all night, and our DJ will be playing everything from country classics to pop, rock, and hip hop! So whether you like to stomp your boots to Alan Jackson or groove to Pitbull, we’ve got you covered!
Itinerary:
7:30pm Beginner Friendly Lesson
8:15pm Open Dance Floor
10pm Close
What makes our Line Dance Night different from the others?
1. No intimidation factor:
We welcome everyone and we drop the “competition” vibe at the door. New versions of dances, old versions, modifications, etc… are all allowed! We believe if you’re having fun, you’re doing it right. We love learning new variations of songs & dances!!
2. Water/Restroom breaks:
Who hates it when you are SO thirsty but you don’t want to miss the next song and every time you try to get to the bar or the bathroom another song you like comes on?! We’ve been there! It’s an endless loop that leaves you thirty or needing to run to the restroom the whole night!
That’s why every 6-8 songs we play a relaxed non-dance song for a built-in 2-minute Bar & Bathroom break- don’t worry, we got you!
3. Learn as You go:
If you go line dancing, you probably are used to where most places offer a lesson and then everyone hopes to catch on to the rest of the dances just by watching… that’s so scary if you’re brand new! Even experienced dancers like a super quick refresher- due to that, we will occasionally throw in a Mini 60 second lesson to quickly run over the steps before a new or more complicated dance. You don’t have to worry about not knowing the moves!!
4. Song requests-
We take requests all night!
5. Beginner Friendly-
We play a completely beginner-friendly song every 2 or so songs to keep everyone moving the whole night!!
6. Family Friendly-
We do not require you to be 21+ to participant, however all minors must be accompanied by an adult. You MUST be 21+ to purchase or consume alcohol. Please note that not all the music is 100% clean, so please keep in mind when brining anyone under 16 years of age.
