This April event is a special Lindy at The Lawns as Andy celebrates his 60th birthday. So a great mix of lessons and social dance and cake. But in addition there’ll be live music, a cabaret and one or two party games.
This is a FREE event for all, but please do bring cash as we are raising money for a local charity for the homeless “Open Door Taunton”
There’ll be the usual warm up lesson from 3 to 3:45, perhaps with some tweaks to make it extra fun for all.
4pm is when the Amazing Marvin Muoneke takes to the stage to bring us live music for dancing.
5pm ish - we’ll have a fun intermediate class with the aim of making it achievable for all
Around 6 it’ll be time for Andy and Ellie to do their first ever performance of their first ever cabaret. We’re hoping for great things but we’ll see how it goes.
Then we’re straight into music and dance and cake and we’ll keep going through to 8:30 / 9pm
With a spacious dance floor, a superb sound system, licensed bar, and complimentary homemade cakes, you should have all you need for a wonderful dance in a relaxed atmosphere
