Pizza dough
Elevate your pizza-making skills with our comprehensive Pizza dough class.
Guests will explore the differences between Poolish and Biga pre-ferments and participate in a hands-on demonstration of both methods. Using these techniques, you’ll craft various pizza doughs, either by hand or with a stand mixer. The class concludes with a family-style tasting experience, featuring pizzas made with the dough styles learned. A document containing detailed recipes for doughs, sauces, and topping inspirations is included to guide your future culinary creations.
Important Information for All Guests
● Dietary Requirements: We strive to accommodate all guests. Please email [email protected] with your specific dietary needs at least 72 hours before the event.
● Class Duration: Standard classes run approximately 2.5 hours. Kids classes are 1.5 hours.
● Location: Please verify your booking location (Elbow Drive, DFC, or other) on your Eventbrite ticket.
● Parking (Elbow Dr.): Underground parking is available. You MUST scan the QR code located in the parkade to register your license plate upon arrival.
● Refund Policy: Refunds are only available with at least one week's notice.
