Pop Up Limpias with Ellen at Mae & Monk’s!
I’ll be offering various energy cleansing such as:
Mini Limpias that include a Florida water + holy water cleansing, use of rattle to begin moving energy, and then a barrida with my feather fan.
Extended limpias that include what is offered in the mini limpia as well as an egg cleanse and interpretation of cleanse.
All limpias with be sealed with sound and a protection oil of your choice.
This is great if you have been feeling heavy, stressed, blocked, or just off.
These are ancestral practices done through a therapeutic and trauma conscious lens. Your autonomy and consent is key. I will walk you through each step. These are spiritual and energetic cleanses done with prayer and use of pahwatzli (sacred tools that charge on my altar).
