Limitless Teens: Confidence & High School Transition Workshop for 8th Grade Girls
High school is a major transition for girls.
Friendships change, social pressure increases, and many girls begin questioning who they are and where they fit in. Without the right support, this can become the stage where confidence begins to shrink instead of grow. At Limitless Teens, we focus on helping it grow.
The Limitless Teens: Confidence & High School Transition Workshop is designed to give girls a safe, encouraging space to build confidence, talk openly, and develop practical tools for navigating friendships, peer pressure, body image, and the emotional changes that come with entering high school. Girls will gain essential life tools before stepping into this new environment, tools they can carry with them well beyond their high school years.
Through guided discussions, real-life scenarios, journaling, and music-based emotional regulation techniques, girls will learn how to:
• Discover who they are beyond labels and peer pressure
• Build confidence in their bodies and self-image in a world of constant comparison
• Navigate friendship changes, girl drama, and social pressure with confidence
• Understand early relationship dynamics and develop healthy boundaries
• Balance school, sports, and home life without feeling overwhelmed
• Talk openly about real fears and expectations surrounding high school
• Build healthy sisterhood and learn how to connect with and support other girls
• Enter high school feeling grounded, self-aware, and empowered
This workshop is intentionally limited to 15 girls to create a safe and encouraging environment where participants feel comfortable speaking openly and building authentic connections.
About the Facilitator
Parents can expect a thoughtfully structured and professionally facilitated experience led by Candice J Limitless (Candice Cochran).
Candice is a trusted, licensed Florida educator with 18+ years of experience teaching, mentoring, and advocating for youth and women. She holds four degrees in health and wellness and has taught and worked with students in grades 6th–12th across Georgia, Kansas, and Florida.
As both an educator and a mother of three, including a daughter entering high school, Candice understands the concerns many parents have during this transition. The middle school to high school years can bring changes in friendships, increased social pressure, body image struggles, and questions about identity and belonging.
Through her work as an educator, mentor, and recording artist, Candice is passionate about creating spaces where girls feel seen, heard, supported, and confident in who they are. This workshop was created to help young women develop the self-awareness, emotional tools, and confidence they need to enter high school grounded, empowered, and most importantly prepared with the right tools.
