Limitless Summer Camp: Builder Camp June 22-June 26

Our Builders Summer Camp is perfect for kids who love to create, explore, and bring their ideas to life. Throughout the week, campers will take on exciting hands-on building challenges that spark creativity and problem-solving.

From designing tall towers and sturdy bridges to creating imaginative structures with a variety of materials, children will learn how to plan, test, and rebuild as they explore the world of construction and design.

Info: Get ready to stack, design, and build! In our Builder Summer Camp, campers will take on exciting tower-building challenges using blocks and foam bricks. Working together in small groups, children will practice turn-taking and requesting materials as they collaborate to create impressive structures. As they build, they’ll strengthen spatial awareness by figuring out how pieces fit and balance, and develop frustration tolerance as they problem-solve and try again when things don’t go as planned.

Info: Put your engineering skills to the test in this exciting bridge-building challenge! Campers will use materials like cups, cardboard, popsicle sticks, and large blocks to design and construct their own bridges. As they rotate through structured engineering stations, children will explore different building strategies while strengthening problem-solving and comparison skills—figuring out what works best and why.

Throughout the activity, campers will also build important executive functioning skills, such as planning, organizing, and following multi-step directions.

Info: Get ready for a hands-on builder experience in our community-based workshop! Before the visit, campers will review important safety expectations and practice using “safe hands” and a “listening body” to prepare for success. During the visit, campers will participate in a fun, Home Depot Kids Workshop-style wooden building project. After the activity, campers will come together for a special Builder Celebration Circle!

Info: Let creativity take the lead in our exciting Free Build Challenge! Campers will explore and create using a variety of materials like cardboard, tape, tubes, and blocks to bring their ideas to life. With fun prompts such as building a house, designing a zoo, or creating something that moves, children are encouraged to think outside the box and experiment with different structures and designs.

Info: Step right up to our Construction Carnival, where building meets fun and friendly competition! Campers will rotate through exciting, hands-on stations designed to spark creativity and challenge their engineering skills.

At the Tower Speed Build, campers will race against the clock to stack and construct as quickly as they can. Over at the Bridge Weight Test, they’ll design sturdy structures and see how much weight their bridges can hold. The Lego/Duplo Creation station encourages imaginative building and storytelling, while the Cardboard Box Design station lets campers transform simple materials into unique creations.
