Our host, Erin Simmons, started the cohort almost 2 years ago, and had 3 goals in mind:

• Create a community
• Never stop advocating for women & women in technology
• Connect fabulous women together!

We are now hosting our 2nd in person event and have placed more women in tech than ever before!

We are also working with multiple clients on how we can support them in creating more inclusive and equitable environments

This event and community bring ALL women in tech together, no specific technology and no particular level – this is to create a community of all different people and we hope we can enable people to find their mentors.
