Palooza Team Ticket FAQs

​As excitement builds for Palooza 2026, we know many of you have questions about Team Tickets, table placement, and how to make sure your group is seated together. To help you plan with confidence, we’ve compiled the answers to our most frequently asked questions below.


Team Tables & Placement

Q: If a team purchases more than one table, will they be placed together?
All tables purchased by the same individual will be grouped together. Tables purchased under different names cannot be guaranteed to be adjacent.

Q: How is table placement decided overall?
Team Ticket bundles receive priority seating near the front of the room, based on purchase date. Teams will not be able to select their own table location.

Q: What if I buy a 5-seat table? Could others be added?
If we reach capacity, 5-seat tables may be adjusted to seat up to 7 people. This means other Beauty Guides could be seated with your group.



Individual Tickets (Non-Team Tables)

Q: Where will individual ticket holders sit?
All other seating will be open.

Q: Will there be tables or just chairs for open seating?
Team Tables will be marked as reserved; all other tables and chairs will be available for open seating.

Q: Will open seating be further back?
Yes. Team Tables will be seated closest to the stage, with open seating following based on space and demand.



Guests

Q: Can a Beauty Guide bring a guest to sit at their team table?
We will do our best to accommodate guests. Guest count will be collected in early May as part of the Team Ticket Typeform.
Note: All Guest Palooza Tickets must be officially registered by contacting Customer Care.

Q: Does a guest need a specific ticket type to sit at the team table?
No — as long as the guest is included on the Team Ticket Typeform and a seat is available.



Team Size & Table Assignments

Q: What if our team doesn’t fit evenly into 5 or 10 seats (e.g., a group of 7 or 12)?
If your group doesn’t fit evenly into a 5- or 10-seat bundle, we’ll do our best to seat everyone as closely together as possible. This information will be collected via the Team Ticket Typeform.

Q: When do we submit our team’s names?
All attendee information will be collected through a Typeform in early May. It’s essential for all attendees to be listed for registration and recognition purposes.

Q: Are we assigning seats or just tables?
Only tables will be assigned, not individual seats.

Q: How will LimeLife know who is sitting at each table?
The Team Ticket purchaser will provide this information through the Typeform in early May.

Q: Can anyone use the tickets in a team bundle?
Yes. Team Ticket seats can be assigned to any Beauty Guide, not necessarily members of the same team. Note: Individual tickets and full Team Bundles cannot be transferred to another Beauty Guide.



Refunds & Changes

Q: What if I already bought an individual ticket and want to switch to a team table?
You can receive a full refund if you contact Eventbrite or Customer Care by October 31st. No refund fees apply.

Q: What if someone from my team can’t attend after we purchase a table?

Before May 1st (or before submitting attendee info): You may transfer the ticket to any Beauty Guide who hasn’t already purchased one. Note: No additional refunds will be provided for Hype Tickets after October 31st.

After May 1st (or after attendee info is submitted): Any changes must be communicated to Customer Care so we can update registration. Unused seats are non-refundable.
