A festive evening of holiday cheer, music, treats, and the magical moment our community tree lights up the night! This official community tree lighting ceremony is part of Janesville's Jolly Jingle. The evening includes: - Special performances by students from Janesville Academy of Music, including popular takes on Mariah Carey Christmas classics.
- Remarks by the Jolly Jingle Committee and City Manager
- Announcement of Downtown Window Decorating Contest Winners
- Official countdown and lighting of the tree and a rendition of O Christmas Tree sung by the Comeback Chorus who will carol downtown after.

After the tree lighting ceremony head to the Town Square to see Jingle Boom, the holiday fireworks show.
