Join us for the 2nd Annual Lighting Our Community, hosted by Hospice of Southern Illinois. As we enter the holiday season, this event serves as a time to come together, reflect, and honor those we’ve loved and lost.The celebration is open to everyone—whether you're part of our hospice family or a member of the broader community. Together, we will hold a peaceful candlelight vigil, enjoy music that uplifts the spirit, and have a moment of reflection. The highlight of the evening will be the lighting of a beautiful, 20-foot pine tree, standing proudly between our two offices on S. Illinois Street in Belleville. The tree wrapped in shimmering lights, will symbolize hope, remembrance, and togetherness throughout the holiday season.
Warm up with a cup of hot chocolate as we gather beneath the twinkling lights. The tree will remain illuminated all season long, for everyone who passes by to pause, reflect, and find comfort.
