Keen to help get the Lighthouse looking neat and clean and ready for the season ahead?! Join us on Saturday 22 November for a bit of painting, cleaning, deck-staining, gardening, chatting, and general beautifying of the space!We'll start at 10am and plan to break for a shared lunch (on us) around 12:30. Work will continue until 3pm (or whenever you've got to go before then).
Projects for the day will include the following:
- Deep cleaning interior of the church (windows, floors, walls, etc)
- Staining the outside decks
- Patching and painting a few sections of external weather board
- Tackling the garden (line trimmers, tree saws, loppers, shears, etc.)
Please let us know if you're planning to join as we'd like to make sure we've got enough food and tools for everyone.
Bring gloves if you have them, wear work-appropriate clothing and footwear. Looking forward to seeing you up at the Lighthouse!
