The Winter Solstice marks the longest night of the year — a sacred pause between endings and beginnings. It’s a time when nature rests, the earth turns inward, and we’re invited to do the same. In the stillness, we find renewal.
Join us for a two-hour Winter Solstice Ceremony — an evening of reflection, rest, and remembrance.
Together, we’ll move through guided meditation, sound healing, group sharing, and a candle intention ritual, each moment designed to help you release the old and welcome the returning light — both within and around you.
We’ll close the evening in quiet connection with Fresh Herbal Teas made by Farmacy of We (Rachael Walker), grounding the experience in warmth and community.
What to Bring
- Yoga mat
- Bolster or pillow
- Blanket + warm layers
- Journal + pen
- Candle (provided or bring your own)
- Bring your own favourite mug for the tea
No experience needed — simply come as you are, open to rest, release, and renewal.
