🌟Join me in this busy festive season, to take a peaceful pause bringing about a little magic, calm and connection.🎄
🧘‍♀️We’ll begin with a gentle yoga flow to ease the body and open the heart, followed by a soothing breathing practice and meditation to quieten the mind and invite a sense of stillness.
🕯Then we’ll enjoy a moment of creativity with a candle craft to take home and remind you of the light within. 💫
🫖☕🍪🧁There will be tea, coffee and delicious homemade cakes to share before settling into a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra to leave you feeling rested with a warm inner glow. 😴🥱
