?♀️We’ll begin with a gentle yoga flow to ease the body and open the heart, followed by a soothing breathing practice and meditation to quieten the mind and invite a sense of stillness.
?Then we’ll enjoy a moment of creativity with a candle craft to take home and remind you of the light within. ?
?☕??There will be tea, coffee and delicious homemade cakes to share before settling into a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra to leave you feeling rested with a warm inner glow. ??
