Light up your Wednesday mornings with Fireflies Ballet. Join us for a beautiful, 6 week course of gentle ballet. No experience necessary & we will gift you a pair of ballet shoes.
The classes will be one hour long from 11 - 12 with dedicated time after the class to enjoy connecting with one another.
Classes will include floor ballet exercises with balls and bands to help strengthen and stretch; barre & centre work and we will work on a piece of choreography over the course. We will have a relaxing end to each class that will leave you ready to fly for the rest of the day.
Classes are led by Natalie Hall, (aka Madame Firefly!) the founder of Fireflies Fitness, a not-for-profit company helping cancer patients navigate their new worlds with exercise, healthy nutrition & wellbeing. Natalie is a Registered Teacher of The Royal Academy of Dance with a children's dance school in London. She is also a Level 3 Personal trainer and a Level 4 Cancer Exercise Specialist. She is currently in remission for breast cancer.
