Join us to "Light Up Southwest" in partnership with UNI, the Southwest Business Investment District (BID) and SWDBA. The Southwest BID is purchasing Christmas lights and decor to be installed and distributed to over 60 businesses on the Vernor and Springwells Corridors. This project will help businesses through the winter slump and provide pedestrians safer walkways this winter season. "Light Up Southwest" will be held on the weekend of Nov. 23rd & 24th from 10 am - 3 pm. Businesses on the Corridor, Volunteers, and Groups can sign up for the event here: https://wkf.ms/3YC8WPA

Remember to encourage family, students, and others you know to volunteer this Holiday. It's a requirement for every high school student in Michigan to complete at least 40 service hours!
