Every year we take a moment to remember our loved ones together, to celebrate those people who remain truly special to us and who will never be forgotten.As part of Light Up a Life, we are inviting you to dedicate a light on our trees to your loved ones, whilst helping us to continue our care for other families whose loved ones are being supported and cared for by St Gemma’s.
By dedicating a light on one of our trees, you will receive a dedication pack in the post which includes a personalised tribute card with your loved ones’ names, and a memory star for your home with space for you to write your own special message.
