Quad City Strongman is excited to present Liftmas 2025!The event will be located at Quad City Strongman, 4427 State Street, Bettendorf, IA.
Check in will start at 8:30 am, events will start at approximately 9:00 am.
Bench will be first, Deadlift will be an option of from the floor or wagon wheels; there will be 3 attempt max for each.
We will follow the rolling weight format; straps, sleeves, chalk are allowed; no bench shirts, no suits.
We will be taking donations and collecting items for Quad City Animal Welfare Center in Milan. A list of items will be provided in future posts.

Entry fee is $45 for all events; entry includes contest shirt if signed up by 12/1
T-Shirts are available for pre-order at $20, order must be received by 12/1
T-Shirts will be $25 day of the event.
$5 from each shirt sold will go to Quad City Animal Welfare Center
