New to Lifting?
You’re in the right place! We’ll kick things off with a beginner-friendly intro to the snatch lift. You’ll learn the basics in a supportive, no-pressure environment. No experience needed. If you don’t have weightlifting shoes yet, just wear closed-toe, firm-soled athletic shoes.
Experienced Lifters
Just show up and do your thing! We’ll provide a sample stretch and warm-up, plus a sample lift if you’d like to follow along. Feel free to add your own flair or stick to your current programming. This space is yours to lift how you lift best.
This event takes place in Dallas, so keep in mind there may be traffic. Be sure to plan your route ahead of time so you don’t miss a thing. You won’t want to miss out on any part of this experience!
