This summer, we’re taking our practice outside.Join us every Saturday and Sunday at 9:30am for a simple, feel-good way to move your body, clear your mind, and connect with community. We’ll begin with a 30-minute walk—easy, grounding, and at a pace that welcomes everyone—then flow into a 45-minute all-levels yoga practice in the park.
Come for the walk, stay for the yoga…
or meet us just for one or the other. There’s no right way to show up—just come as you are.
This offering is all about fresh air, movement, and remembering how good it feels to be in your body and in community.
