This free wellness retreat day is all about prioritising your wellbeing, listening to your heart, and connecting with other women.
What to Expect:
- Meeting Point: Costa Coffee, St Peter’s Street, St Albans (29 St Peter's St, St Albans AL1 3DP) at 12:30pm – gather with us to start the day.
- Wellness Walk in Verulamium Park: Move mindfully together to the park for gentle reflection, breathing exercises, and uplifting conversation.
- Brunch (self-pay): Hatch, St Albans – relax, chat, and enjoy a meal with your new community sisters.
