Lifted Fitness: Stretch + Sound Bath

Join us for a morning of movement, mindfulness and community!

The flow gets started closer to 11:20 but we like for everyone to consume, mingle and decompress. Doors will lock at 11:25.

We'll have a group discussion or activity, flow, then end with a soundbath.

Zora will be leading the stretch flow

Dani will be doing the sound bath.

Snacks and water provided!

Bring your own mat (some available at first come)!
