Lift UP, Jump BACK : Conditioning for Ashtanga yoga Get ready to spice up your Ashtanga practice with a special focus on seated vinyasas and transitions often called "Jumpbacks".
This workshop is designed to explore drills that will build power and strength, assisting you in mastering the art of lifting and flowing through your vinyasas. We'll cover a variety of transitions, including jump backs, jump throughs, lotus jump backs, and a few more more from the seated primary series.
This workshop is open to practitioners of all levels. Regardless of where you are in your Ashtanga journey, you'll leave with valuable insights and techniques to incorporate into your practice. Prepare to elevate your primary series to new heights!
Only in-person, limited to 12 students.
