Event Schedule:
🏋️ 10:30-11:00 AM: All-Levels Bootcamp (Adults) Fun, bodyweight workout led by our award-winning trainers. First-timers welcome—no pressure, just movement.
👶 11:15-11:45 AM: Kids Workout & Activities Mini obstacle course, jump rope, ball toss, and more. Trainer-led fun for the kids. Stickers for everyone!
🧀 11:00 AM-1:00 PM: Charcuterie Social Meats, cheeses, fruit, veggies, mimosas, local beer, and canned wine. Relax, mingle, and get to know your Riverdale fitness community.
Kids are welcome! A designated kid-friendly area and activities will be available. Children must remain supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
