A guided strength experience designed to help you move, feel powerful, and reconnect with what your body can do.

✨ LiFT-HER Open Studio Experience (10 AM – 2 PM)
Come and go as you please. Explore the studio, meet incredible women-led businesses, and enjoy experiences designed to elevate you.

LiFT Studio is located near 192nd & Giles (residential studio space).
