It's Give Local York 2024, and LifePath Christian Ministries has some fun and exciting events in store for York County's biggest day of giving! Give Local York begins on Thursday, May 2 at 9pm and goes through 9pm on Friday, May 3. This year, our goal is to raise $60,000. Your donations will make life transformation possible, providing meals, shelter, access to mental and physical health services, vocational training, spiritual enrichment and more. Campaign donations will support operations of the Women & Children's Shelter and the Flex Space Family Shelter. We want to continue to provide resources that can adapt to the ongoing needs of our community throughout the year. That's why the funds we raise during Give Local York are so vital.

First Friday Booth - LifePath will have a booth on South Beaver Street during First Friday on May 3rd, located between 25-28 S Beaver St. (near Revi Flats). Stop by to learn more about our mission and programs, drop off a donation of any amount and decorate a commemorative puzzle piece.
In addition to the booth, we'll have these fun activities:
Cooking Demo - Join Chef David Albright and the LifePath Food Services Team in the Central Market Performance Kitchen. Chef Albright will be sharing how to make his Margarita Shrimp! The Food Service Team will prepare the dish, and attendees have the opportunity to sample the food with a donation to LifePath. Toilet Paper Toss – Join us for a flushing good time!
At LifePath we use a LOT of toilet paper, over 100 rolls a day! Make a donation to LifePath, take aim and hit the target. Will your roll of toilet paper land in the bowl? There will be prizes for those who hit the bowl. Stop by and participate in our toilet paper toss on South Beaver St., 5 - 8:30 p.m. including a couple of "celebrity" tossers. All proceeds will benefit providing much needed resources, like toilet paper, for our shelters. https://www.york365.com/event/cooking-demonstration/
