🇧🇷 We’re Bringing Brazil to Peckham with a new life drawing session !
Join us Tuesday 11th November at the gorgeous for a evening packed with sketches, dance performances, and music!
You’ll get the chance to sketch a series of dynamic poses as our sublime dancer performs live - blending movement, samba, and carnival flair.
About Leila: With over 17 years of experience performing and teaching Brazilian dance, she’s graced stages from the Rio and Seychelles Carnivals to the 2012 Olympics.
She is a founding member of Império da Rainha, London’s newest samba school, where she not only teaches dance but also designs stunning costumes for Notting Hill Carnival - the 2025 champions of the Brazilian bands category.
What to expect:
You’ll be guided through a series of dynamic poses to draw - from quick-fire 1min sketches to more in-depth 15-minute studies - all set to a 100% Brazilian soundtrack from DJ .
Don’t worry if you’re new to this : NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED!
The wonderfully talented illustrator will be on hand throughout the session with tips and expert guidance. Plus, all materials are provided - just bring your creative spirit!
