Life Offline looks at mental health and what happens when you step away from the feed and sit with your own thoughts instead. The show moves through overthinking, burnout, coping mechanisms and the unexpected relief of logging out of constant opinions. Its honest, dark, and quietly hopeful. No hot takes. Just life, offline. This is a trial show, which means the material is still being developed. Some parts are polished, others are being tested live.
