Life Mapping - Introduction to Bullet Journaling
We can do everything we want to do in life. But we have to do each thing one at a time. This goal mapping process will help you map out all your heart’s desires and then put those passions into a scheduling system that is flexible and organic. But we can keep in touch with all of our goals in life by learning how to take a little time each week and each month to review and map out our journey towards our goals.
In this online class we will work with a Bullet Journal Starter Kit that uses writing prompts and worksheets to walk you through a journaling routine that helps you break down your goals into monthly, weekly, and daily steps that will be managable and adjustable. The power of bullet journaling is in in how it is a journaling practice where we tune in on a regular basis about how we have changed and how we need to adjust.
For this class you will need:
a bullet journal, a pen, and some goals to workshop.
If you don't have a bullet journal, you can use loose leaf paper. But keeping all your notes and entries in one book is advised.

Jessica Hagan is a self-published author and healing arts facilitator in Los Angeles who developed a unique and creative bullet journalling method that she uses every day to organize and achieve her goals.
