Join Brooke with Soulfull Activation for an event that will awaken your inner energy and bring balance to your mind, body, and spirit. A session designed to help awaken your body's natural life force, regulate your nervous system and help release tension that may be stored.

What is a Life Force Activation?

Life Force Activation is a powerful energetic experience that gently awakens your dormant life force, supporting deep emotional healing, expanded awareness, and spiritual growth. Through a combination of guided energy work and intuitive transmission, this process helps clear energetic blockages and reconnect you to a more aligned, conscious version of yourself.

What to expect during a session?

The session is a meditative experience where you lie down, close your eyes, and simply receive. Using music and intentional energy transmission, I help create the space for your inner energy to awaken and flow naturally.

You may feel subtle sensations—like tingling, warmth, or waves of energy—as your system begins to release stored emotions and realign. Some experience spontaneous movement, emotional release, or deep states of stillness and insight.

Every session is unique, offering exactly what you need in that moment. Most people leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and more in tune with their inner truth and purpose.

How to prepare and what to bring:

• Avoid alcohol and/or drugs 24 hours before the session.
• Avoid heavy foods 3 hours before the session.
• Wear comfortable clothes.
• Bring your yoga mat.
• Bring water to help keep you hydrated after the session.

Info: We will begin by explaining the session and what to expect.

Info: We will begin the session with about a 5 minute breath work session to help you get out of your mind, allowing you to drop further into the session once it begins.

Info: You will lay comfortably on your mat, music will be played, and the activation begins.

Info: At the end of the session, if you feel called to share your experience, you can do so at this time. It often helps the integration process. We will then go over aftercare instructions to help you fully integrate.
