About this Event
Tables and chairs provided, please bring everything you would like to work with, the day will start with 3 quick 2 minute poses, 2 ten min, one 20 minute, then a break from 1115-1130, after the break a ten-minute pose then 2 20 minute poses and a break for lunch from 12.30-1.30, the afternoon session will be one ten minute pose and a longer pose or 2, with a break until 4pm. Tea and coffee making facilities available, help your self for a small donation. Please bring lunch or take the opportunity to buy lunch in Bideford during the lunch break, there is an hour break between 1230 and 130pm - you can preorder from several cafe's in Bideford.
